Marta Marrero^[1] (born May 18, ),^[2] better known by her stage name Martika (mar-TEE-kə), is an American pop singer and actress.

She released two internationally successful albums in the late s and early s, which sold over four million copies worldwide.^[3] Her biggest hit was "Toy Soldiers", which peaked at #1 for two weeks on the American chart in mid She is also known for her role as Gloria on Kids Incorporated.
